A image editor that rivals Photoshop and GIMP. It use the .NET framework, and is for windows only.

Paint.NET

An open source editor for creating vector graphics (.svg). I love it and it works great on windows.

Inkscape

Cheat sheets that I use quite often, very useful for quick reference.

Allows you to easily compare files and folders. Shows you the differences and allows you to merge the changes and create reports

Beyond Compare

An IP blocking “Firewall” that can block any IP that you want. It is the replacement to Peer Guardian, and works on Vista and Windows 7.
